NataschaThomsonNatascha Thomson, CEO, MarketingXLerator, Co-Author,  CMO, Beonpop, Yogi 

Natascha is the owner of MarketingXLerator, a marketing consultancy with a focus on social media, where she consults with small and large clients including SAP, Polycom, SLAP and LookingGlass. She is also the CMO of startup Beonpop, a company that let’s you compare and improve your performance on social networks.

Natascha has over 15 years experience in enterprise marketing, and holds two Master’s degrees. Passionate about “teaching others how to fish”, she is an Adjunct Instructor for Advanced Social Media at UCSC Extension Silicon Valley, as well as a co-author of the book 42 Rules for B2B Social Media Marketing. Her other passion is teaching and practicing yoga.

Jennifer Barr, Social Media Manager for Technology Companies, TEDxBerkeley, JenniferBarrCo-Curator

Jennifer serves as a social media manager and strategist for technology companies – most recently as the Social Media Manager for Online Brand at Cisco, where she managed the ongoing global strategy, execution and metrics analysis of social media marketing to strengthen and increase brand and global awareness through blog posts, tweets, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn and Pinterest posts.

Previously she managed the Cisco CSR social media channels. Previously she was a Product Marketing Manager at Google where she helped to launch Google+ pages. She also launched the social media platforms for Palo Alto startup HealthTap, where she was one of the first 30 Twitter advertisers in the world.

In addition, she has helped to organize 10 TEDx events including the first one at the United Nations. She is currently volunteering with a group of UC Berkeley students on her 7th TEDxBerkeley. Jennifer received her MBA from the University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School, and her BA, Theoretical Mathematics from Pomona College.

Yvette Huygen, Director, Worldwide PR & Corporate Communications, Synopsys, Inc.YvetteHuygen

At Synopsys, Yvette is responsible for all public relations and employee communications activities worldwide for software, IP and systems technology company, a $1.75 billion business with approximately 8,000 employees representing 80 countries.
She directs global PR and employee communications programs, develops and executes strategic communications for technology programs and corporate activities, including M&As, and oversees employee communications program worldwide.
She was previously a Director at Wilson McHenry Company (PR Agency) and Project Manager, Technical Bids at MCI. Yvette was a Woman of Influence for the Silicon Valley Business Journal in 2012. She graduated with a BA Journalism, Advertising, PR, Graphic Design from San Diego State University-California State University.

LindaLiuLinda Liu, VP, World Wide Channel Sales, Altera
Linda joined Altera last Sept, leading Altera growth strategy for the broad customer base in alliance with channel partners. Linda brings 20+ years of semiconductor experience to her new role including technology, operations, and sales.

Prior to Altera, Linda led the TSMC sales teams that were instrumental in significantly growing several of TSMC’s top North American accounts.

Nithya Ruff Head of Open Source Strategy Office, SanDisk, President for NithyaRuffWomen’s Innovation Network (WIN) at SanDisk

Nithya currently serves as the Head of Open Source Strategy Office at Sandisk, as well as the President for Women’s Innovation Network (WIN) at SanDisk. Her marketing experience has covered both Fortune 500 and startup companies with management experience at Avaya, Silicon Graphics and Eastman Kodak as well as startups like Movius, Tripwire and Cranite.
Nithya’s experience includes everything from the strategy side to execution of a product launch and then managing it for growth, taking pride in digging into the problems the technology can solve, and realizing real benefits when taking it to market.
Nithya earned her MS, Computer Science from North Dakota State University and her Master of Business Administration (MBA), Simon Business School; Finance, Entrepreneurship from the University of Rochester.

BriannaWoonBrianna WoonSenior Manager, Corporate Communications, Polycom

Brianna Woon is responsible for driving Polycom’s social media strategy and execution and was previously in charge of product public relations.

Prior to Polycom, Brianna worked at Burson-Marsteller managing PR for Intel’s Embedded Group, a $1B business, and working on special projects for Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers. She also co-founded the company’s Social Media Team in 2007.
